- Own the Company legal strategy in alignment with company growth and product innovation

Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (common law or equivalent) with 8–12 years PQE
- Proven expertise in crypto regulation, RWA tokenization, and/or digital asset compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong background in corporate governance, entity structuring, and cross-border legal management
- Experienced in commercial contract drafting and advising on digital asset transactions
- Familiar with data privacy (GDPR, PDPA) and intellectual property issues in decentralized environments
- Skilled at managing external counsel and developing legal operations systems
