  • Data Entry/Customer Set Up Specialist entering customer data for a tire recycling company in North America. Responsibilities include managing customer records and processing data updates.

Responsibilities

  • Enter new customers into system from signed contracts/POs/set up forms from site personnel from a shared Outlook inbox
  • Make changes to existing customer records from various internal and external requestors
  • Process monthly price increase imports as needed
  • Conduct on-going reviews of customer data to ensure accuracy
  • Alert appropriate AR staff member of customers on credit hold or over credit limit when site/sales requesting to add new services
  • Complete submitted spreadsheets with mass customer updates in a timely manner
  • Communicate with corporate tax department to assign correct tax groups and exemptions to customer accounts
  • Assign and/or categorize emails in shared inbox to correct person for quick processing

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Fast keyboard/typing skills with high accuracy
  • Attention to detail a must
