About the role

  • Junior BDR at Vizzia supporting sales team in generating qualified leads for urban tech solutions. Collaborating with multiple departments to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify initial commercial opportunities (local authorities, private sector, integration partners, etc.).
  • Actively participate in outbound prospecting: calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.
  • Handle inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with AEs on targeting strategies and account mapping.
  • Enrich and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scripts, sequences, and prospecting processes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, business school or similar background
  • Currently seeking a final-year internship only and available for a 6-month placement
  • Strong desire to develop a career in SaaS sales, with the ambition to learn prospecting before gradually moving into broader roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Rigorous, organized, and reliable
  • Commercial curiosity: eagerness to understand client challenges, decision-making cycles, and market players
  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, prospecting tools)
  • Fluent in French; English is a plus
  • Previous prospecting experience (internship, work-study, student job) is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn are prioritized.
