Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce PO, Salesforce Functional Analyst or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience structuring PBIs, refinements, roadmaps and agile ceremonies
- Ability to read and interpret objects, Flows and automations
- Hands-on experience conducting discovery with business areas
- Good communication, organization and ability to mediate technical discussions
- Differentials (strongly preferred)
- Previous experience with Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Platform, Business Analyst)
- Experience with API integrations / middleware
- Experience in healthcare companies (insurers, hospitals, clinics)
- Familiarity with tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, AWS, Tasy, integration bus
