Responsibilities
Monitoring and Audits: Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential non-compliances.
Policy Management: Assist in the development, implementation, review and update of the Code of Conduct and other internal compliance policies and procedures.
Regulatory Analysis: Research and interpret regulations applicable to the company's industry, ensuring internal processes align with legal requirements.
Due Diligence: Carry out Due Diligence processes for clients (KYC - Know Your Customer), suppliers (KYS - Know Your Supplier) and partners, especially regarding anti-corruption and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) matters.
Training and Communication: Develop and deliver training and informational materials on compliance topics to employees across departments, promoting a culture of compliance.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, identified risks and action plans for senior management and regulators, when applicable.
Support for External Audits: Provide support and assemble documentation for external audits and inspections.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or related fields.
Experience: Proven prior experience in Compliance, Internal Controls or Audit, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of anti-corruption legislation (Brazilian Clean Company Act - Law No. 12,846/2013), internal control frameworks and risk management, and RN 518.
