Responsibilities
Lead the execution of organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Develop and oversee content creation workflows
Monitor, analyze, and engage with audiences
Champion regional visibility by developing tailored organic campaigns
Drive content strategy through Air Table planning
Oversee regional asset libraries
Ensure brand consistency by acting as a subject matter expert
Lead performance reviews of organic channels
Provide insight-driven recommendations to optimize content mix
Own the optimization of Google Business listings
Lead review response strategy
Requirements
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2-4 years of experience is required
Proven work experience as a Social Media Content Coordinator
Computer skills and competencies are required
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required
Knowledge of Canva is required
Knowledge of Meta and social sites is a plus
Knowledge of Sprinkler is a plus.
