About the role
- New Home Consultant responsible for guiding homebuyers through purchasing process at Lennar. Engaging customers, closing sales, and maintaining deep market knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine their home buying needs
- Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads
- Provide consistent and timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing
- Maintain the condition of the Welcome Home Center and model homes
- Travel throughout the local community to generate leads
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive market
- Monitor and record daily customer traffic
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
