About the role
- Director of ERP leading the implementation of an enterprise-wide Finance ERP platform at Lennar. Engaging with stakeholders and managing delivery for Oracle JDE Enterprise One.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful end-to-end implementation of an enterprise-wide Finance ERP platform
- Align stakeholders across technology, finance, and operations
- Engage senior executives to align on priorities and strategies
- Define and manage annual budget with governance and reporting
- Identify potential risks and issues related to the ERP implementation
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to gather requirements and define project scope
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team achieving program objectives
- Partner within IT across functional teams for change management
Requirements
- 15+ years of ERP implementation experience
- Expertise in Oracle JDE E1 (Subledger, General Ledger)
- Proven success in ERP governance and global template design
- Strong communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams
- Holds an undergraduate and/or post-graduate degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Information Technology/Computer Science)
