Responsibilities
Manage the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes of a specific metropolitan region
Actively seek new vendors to join Lendmark Financial Services dealer network
Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers
Manage and maintain dealer relationships
Train dealer personnel
Update senior leaders on industry trends
Address dealer service issues
Manage risk relative to position
Requirements
HS diploma or GED from accredited institution
5+ years of outside sales experience or related field
Ability to be effective in product / service presentation, negotiation and final closings
Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision, self-starter
Ability to be effective in dealer servicing and retention
Broad-based industry knowledge of related documents and legalities
Working knowledge of support positions
Basic computer skills and understanding of related programs
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred qualifications: College degree, Experience in consumer finance industry, Experience in direct auto lending, Reliable transportation & ability to commute to vendor sites
