Responsibilities
Partner with PMs, Engineering, and stakeholders to define product goals and make evidence-based decisions.
Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and opportunities.
Create clear, actionable prototypes, flows, and UI design.
Drive usability testing and rapid iteration.
Ensure consistency across our design system and contribute to its evolution.
Work closely with developers to ship high-quality experiences, proactively identifying opportunities to improve UX.
Continuously refine our design process and quality standards.
Bonus: expertise in UX writing.
Requirements
5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in fintech or a fast-paced startup.
Strong mobile app experience and as well as web experience.
Confident leading complex discovery, translating insights into actionable product direction.
Obsessed with customer needs, experienced in structured problem solving and measuring impact.
Clear, concise design process spanning research, prototyping, and implementation.
Brings strong collaboration, feedback loops and coaching skills.
Bonus: Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate workflow, creativity, and throughput.
Ability to drive product improvements independently of frontend engineering cycles (e.g., via CMS, design tokens, no-code tools, or creative experimentation).
