About the role

  • Industrial Security Coordinator supporting behavioral health program by ensuring onboarding of new personnel and managing background investigations. Reviewing security forms and maintaining databases as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the background investigation process
  • Ensuring the successful onboarding of new program personnel
  • Reviewing and preparing government security forms for submission
  • Maintenance of Personnel Security Databases
  • Sends and manages receipt of security documents submitted from applicants
  • Contact applicants or Sub Company Points of Contact via telephone and/or email

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to compare data across multiple forms and applications
