About the role
- Cybersecurity Specialist focusing on Cloud Security at innovative Swiss IT service, safeguarding digital landscapes. Engage in client projects, develop cloud security solutions, and enhance IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, configuration, testing, further development and maintenance of customers' IT infrastructure in hybrid environments
- Implementation and management of cloud and security solutions
- Design and implementation of security policies and strategies
- Independently implement customer requirements, including direct client support
- Maintenance of IT networks and monitoring of IT systems
- Administration and setup of server systems in the Microsoft environment
- Further development of existing cloud services (Microsoft/Office 365, Azure)
- Development of disaster recovery and backup concepts (Veeam)
- Ensuring a professional 1st and 2nd level support Service Desk
- Detection and resolution of technical faults and configuration of IT security components
- Preparation of meaningful reports and the creation of technical manuals and user guides
Requirements
- Completed training in Cyber Security or IT/Computer Science
- Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity as well as in system engineering, network security and cloud (security)
- Deep understanding of network technologies and extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Server)
- Specialist knowledge in cybersecurity (including two- or multi-factor authentication) and NAS technology
- Experience with Teams telephony and monitoring tools (such as Syslog, PRTG) as well as Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, combined with enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Class B driver's license
- German C1 / English C1
