About the role

Responsibilities
- On-site duty at the facility during nights and on weekends
- Record relevant incidents and provide a structured handover to the full-time staff
- Reliable point of contact for residents in rehabilitation outside regular operating hours
- Conduct rounds and perform substance and breath-alcohol checks
- Handle telephone duty outside operating hours and coordinate incoming requests
