Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with the management team and direct reporting to the COO
- Identification of strategic projects and KPIs to develop growth strategies and optimize processes
- Close communication with internal and external stakeholders and independent initiative in building new projects
- Support for business development through data-driven analysis and controlling tasks to monitor and optimize company performance
- Identification of data sources to develop and implement measurable operational dashboards
Requirements
- Degree in economics or a related field, or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in business development, ideally in a start-up environment
- Fluent German (C1–C2) and very good written and spoken English
- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented, independent and proactive working style
- Willingness to work in a dynamic start-up environment
- Nice to have: experience working with SQL databases, a legal background or experience in a legal company, prior knowledge of Tableau
