About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of accessory tax filings and SPED files (EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb) together with the team, using reports generated by the operational system and control spreadsheets, with the objective of complying with current legislation;
- Analyze withheld taxes (IRRF, ISS, INSS, CSRF) based on supplier invoices to ensure correct tax withholding;
- Prepare and submit NFTS via the City of São Paulo’s website to register service invoices;
- Perform tax account reconciliations using calculation spreadsheets and reports to ensure accounting balances are correct;
- Cross-check tax information by controlling taxes collected and declared to the Federal Revenue Service to ensure information compliance;
- Monitor tax and fiscal legislation through regular reading to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields;
- Courses related to tax legislation;
- Knowledge of integrated ERP systems;
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience analyzing withheld taxes (IRRF, ISS, INSS, CSRF);
- Experience performing tax account reconciliations.
