About the role
- Designer / Grafiker Print & Web at Leffers GmbH & Co. KG overseeing corporate design and collaborating with graphic teams. Engage in innovative design across print and web channels.
Responsibilities
- You will be primarily responsible for maintaining and actively developing our corporate design.
- You will work closely with our existing graphics team, contribute fresh ideas, and inspire others with your creative expertise.
- Ensuring consistency of our corporate design across all print and online channels.
- Conceptualizing, implementing, and evolving our visual identity.
- Translating concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Designing print media (e.g., magazines, advertisements, flyers, POS materials).
- Designing and adapting content for online formats and digital channels.
- Designing and developing media for employer branding and recruitment marketing, e.g., career pages, job postings, recruitment campaigns, and internal communication formats.
- Creating, maintaining, and applying templates, asset structures, and grid templates for print and online formats.
- In-house shoots: supporting and accompanying in-house photo shoots.
- Visual post-processing and refinement of imagery.
- Translating and preparing shoot results into high-quality print and online magazines.
- Collaboration and technologies: you will develop and establish a central template and asset base using Adobe Creative Cloud Teams.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong sense of design, typography, color, and visual language — for both print and web.
- Experience working with corporate design guidelines.
- Creative, conceptual mindset with a strong solution focus.
- Team-player mentality: you share knowledge, inspire others, and are open to being inspired.
- Openness to new technologies, especially creative AI and collaborative tools.
