Requirements
- Proficiency in Ansible (complex playbooks, custom roles, modules, Vault, dynamic inventories).
- Advanced experience with Linux environments (shell scripting, systemd, process troubleshooting).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Proven experience in production operations, including root cause analysis (RCA) and incident mitigation.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and packaging automations.
- Strong analytical ability and performance optimization for jobs and pipelines.
- Proficient in Python for automation, with solid knowledge in:
- Structuring robust scripts
- Exception handling
- Consuming REST APIs
- File and data manipulation
- Virtualenv / Poetry / Pipenv
- Ability to analyze, organize, and track complex production processes.
- **Preferred qualifications:**
- Experience with job orchestration tools (Rundeck, Control-M, Airflow, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Experience with Kubernetes and automation operators.
- Observability and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
