Responsibilities
Operational management and ongoing development of social media channels to strengthen brand presence
Launch, build and continuous maintenance of a TikTok account
Community management and social listening
Coordination of collaborations with micro-influencers from relevant target groups
Development and production of creative concepts, formats and video content
Monitoring and responding to customer reviews
Planning, creating and sending regular newsletters
Support for SEA/SEM, marketing campaigns and maintenance of our marketplace listings
Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media or a related field
At least two years of professional experience in marketing
Passion for digital communication, trends and creative content formats
Proficient with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn
Good knowledge of content creation & video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Figma)
Analytical thinking and experience with analytics and Google Ads
Versatility, curiosity and the ability to quickly get up to speed on different marketing topics
Structured, creative and self-directed way of working
Good German language skills, written and spoken
