About the role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for QAD system enhancements requests, analyze current business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization through QAD system integration.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system design specifications, considering user experience and process flow.
- Develop and support execution of test plans to ensure system functionality meets defined requirements; troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Create user guides and provide training to Key Users on system functionality and best practices.
- Support change management efforts by effectively communicating system changes and their impact to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, business administration or related field.
- 5+ years of working experience as an ERP Business Analyst, or Advanced Key User.
- Working knowledge of QAD system.
- Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate high, B1 minimum)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in process mapping, requirement gathering, and system design.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
