Responsibilities
Actively and responsibly support the Indirect Procurement area, ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes such as quotations, purchase orders, follow-up, handling emergency requests and providing support to internal requesters.
Perform follow-up on purchase orders, ensuring agreed deadlines are met.
Support buyers with quotations and negotiations.
Comply with internal procedures and purchasing policies, evaluating quotations with a focus on the best value for money.
Resolve discrepancies between orders, contracts and deliveries, proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
High school diploma required.
Preferred: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting or related fields.
Previous experience in administrative routines or purchasing is desirable.
Availability to work in a hybrid model.
