About the role

  • Assistente de compras supporting procurement activities at Leão, a leader in the tea market. Engaging in supplier management and procurement administration.

Responsibilities

  • Actively and responsibly support the Indirect Procurement area, ensuring the efficient execution of operational processes such as quotations, purchase orders, follow-up, handling emergency requests and providing support to internal requesters.
  • Perform follow-up on purchase orders, ensuring agreed deadlines are met.
  • Support buyers with quotations and negotiations.
  • Comply with internal procedures and purchasing policies, evaluating quotations with a focus on the best value for money.
  • Resolve discrepancies between orders, contracts and deliveries, proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Preferred: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting or related fields.
  • Previous experience in administrative routines or purchasing is desirable.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
