About the role

• Advogado(a) Pleno Corporate at LBCA negotiating complex contracts and supporting corporate structuring. Involves compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts, operational agreements and partnership instruments;
• Provide legal support for corporate structuring of business units, joint ventures, reorganizations and company formations;
• Draft and review corporate agreements, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance documents;
• Conduct analysis of commercial conduct from a competition law perspective, including preparing legal opinions and filings/notifications to CADE (Brazilian antitrust authority);
• Advise on Intellectual Property matters, including trademark protection, intangible assets and analysis of licensing for digital services;
• Support the implementation of internal corporate governance and compliance policies;
• Participate in meetings with internal areas (such as finance, regulatory, operations and controlling) to support strategic projects.

Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration;
• Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
• MS Office (intermediate/advanced);
• Proactive profile with strategic vision, ability to work across disciplines, strong communication with non-legal areas and organized management of high-complexity demands.
