About the role

  • Legal expert managing property regulations and negotiations for Nhood. Collaborating with teams to ensure legal compliance and support property management operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the transformation and performance of our sites through rigorous, agile, and business-oriented legal oversight.
  • Work closely with commercial teams, site leaders, asset managers, the finance department, and the owners of sites managed by Nhood.
  • Negotiate commercial leases directly with retailers, their legal departments, or law firms.
  • Draft and formalize commercial lease agreements, short-term/exceptional leases, protocols, and renewals.
  • Actively contribute to the real estate strategy by ensuring legal consistency.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Law or equivalent
  • Ideally, 2 years' experience in similar matters
  • Autonomy and agility
  • Ability to take a strategic/high-level perspective
  • Service-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Reliability and commitment
  • Excellent drafting and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and team spirit required
