About the role
- Legal expert managing property regulations and negotiations for Nhood. Collaborating with teams to ensure legal compliance and support property management operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the transformation and performance of our sites through rigorous, agile, and business-oriented legal oversight.
- Work closely with commercial teams, site leaders, asset managers, the finance department, and the owners of sites managed by Nhood.
- Negotiate commercial leases directly with retailers, their legal departments, or law firms.
- Draft and formalize commercial lease agreements, short-term/exceptional leases, protocols, and renewals.
- Actively contribute to the real estate strategy by ensuring legal consistency.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Law or equivalent
- Ideally, 2 years' experience in similar matters
- Autonomy and agility
- Ability to take a strategic/high-level perspective
- Service-oriented with a results-driven mindset

- Excellent drafting and written communication skills
