About the role

Requirements

- Deep systems understanding and the ability to grasp opportunities and challenges of unfamiliar platforms
- Strong grasp of modern and emerging BA tools, methods and technologies—including analytics, user research and performance insight
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, navigating difficult problem spaces, building consensus and enabling good design decisions across a wide range of teams and services
