About the role
- Senior Product Designer at Lawhive innovating legal tech with AI-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsible for end-to-end UX design and product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX across our Legal and AI products
- Move fluidly from strategy to execution
- Design clear, usable, high-quality interfaces for lawyers and legal clients
- Work daily with product and engineering to ship quickly
- Contribute to product process and team growth
- Design in or alongside the browser, not just in Figma
- Work comfortably with front-end primitives (components, tokens, HTML/CSS, React)
- Prototype and experiment using code or AI-assisted tools where it helps
- Design AI-native experiences (human-in-the-loop, trust, ambiguity)
- Develop design systems, handle edge cases and chase polish
- Design digital assets for marketing, launches and landing pages
- Collaborate with Creative Studio and Marketing on public-facing work
- Contribute to the evolution of Lawhive’s visual identity
Requirements
- 8+ years as a Product Designer shipping complex digital products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX, UI, graphic design visual craft
- Deep expert in Figma and modern design and developer tooling
- Proven experience researching, prototyping and validating ideas quickly
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth product teams
- Strong product judgment: opinionated, pragmatic and user-centred
- Able to operate at both strategic and execution level
- Experience building products used by large, real-world audiences
