Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of strategic relationships that drive referral business for Safecall’s outsourced employment investigations and hotline services
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with law firms to generate referrals for employment investigations; identify and engage decision-makers and influencers
Manage relationships with key software partners to integrate Safecall’s services into their offerings
Maintain and grow a strategic relationship with a key Middle East partner that refers Safecall’s hotline services to global clients
Proactively identify and establish new strategic relationships aligned with Safecall’s growth strategy
Deliver against stretching revenue targets by converting referral opportunities into measurable business
Maintain regular contact with all strategic referrers through face-to-face and virtual meetings
Work closely with internal teams to align strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements
Significant experience at senior level engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving ambitious growth targets
Background in law firms or professional services, with strong understanding of relationship dynamics in these sectors
Experience managing international strategic relationships and navigating cultural nuances
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Commercial acumen and ability to identify and convert business opportunities
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a relationship-driven role
