Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and implementing fixed and variable compensation strategies, structuring and operationalizing policies and programs to support and guide the business
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation analyses and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders
Provide support and guidance to managers and Business Partners on compensation-related matters
Stay up to date on compensation best practices and labor legislation
Conduct salary surveys as needed
Conduct studies of variable compensation models related to short- and long-term incentives
Perform PPR (profit-sharing) and bonus calculations
Execute employee movements/transactions when necessary
Conduct internal and external audits, managing the scope and delivery of required documentation
Provide support and guidance to the Payroll HR team and Business Partners
Monitor the personnel budget
Support managers and Business Partners in updating and creating job descriptions
Prepare and submit monthly provisions
Responsible for admission, termination and transfer requests
Provide the monthly Compensation and Benefits statement
Prepare and report departmental KPIs/metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of compensation methodologies
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with the Sênior HR system
