About the role

  • Supply Chain Specialist ensuring on-time deliveries in Germany and Austria. Coordinating logistics with external providers to fulfill customer orders and optimize supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time, in-full delivery to our customers in Germany and Austria by coordinating external logistics service providers, customer service teams and other stakeholders in day-to-day operations
  • Inventory tracking and replenishment planning for locally managed items supplied by European vendors
  • Cross-functional coordination in out-of-stock situations based on analyses of product availability, inventory coverage and planned inbound deliveries
  • Prepare reports for packaging licensing partners and perform the annual audit
  • Monitor system interfaces with the warehouse service provider (IDoc processing in SAP) and track inventory discrepancies
  • Temporarily handle co-packing planning in collaboration with the logistics provider and internal planning teams

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain, management or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain — preferably in the food/FMCG sector
  • Good German and English skills; Italian is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel) and SAP R/3; experience with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Customer- and process-oriented, combined with an out-of-the-box mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and a team player
