Responsibilities
Support planning, execution, and tracking of client-facing and internal projects
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and task lists
Coordinate internal teams and support communication between stakeholders
Track project progress and prepare status reports for management
Support budget tracking, deliverable reviews, and documentation management
Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and properly stored
Assist with system deployment coordination, integration activities, and maintenance planning
Support issue tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and resolution follow-ups
Participate in client meetings and assist with relationship management
Support onboarding and coordination of local contractors when required
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working with common productivity tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project tracking tools)
Basic understanding of telecommunications or technology environments is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Exposure to telecommunications technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, VoIP) is a plus
Other language fluency, particularly French, is a plus
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
