About the role

Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and tracking of client-facing and internal projects
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and task lists
- Coordinate internal teams and support communication between stakeholders
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management
- Support budget tracking, deliverable reviews, and documentation management
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and properly stored
- Assist with system deployment coordination, integration activities, and maintenance planning
- Support issue tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and resolution follow-ups
- Participate in client meetings and assist with relationship management
- Support onboarding and coordination of local contractors when required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with common productivity tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project tracking tools)
- Basic understanding of telecommunications or technology environments is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Exposure to telecommunications technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, VoIP) is a plus
- Other language fluency, particularly French, is a plus
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Interest in developing a long-term career in project management within the technology sector
