About the role
- Project Manager overseeing operational execution for the Boost’r & Care accounts at RusHour. Driving project success from customer signature to continued service delivery.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager is responsible for the successful operational execution of the Boost’r & Care accounts, from contract signature through to ongoing service delivery.
- They do not produce deliverables directly but ensure they are delivered on time, in line with the commercial commitment, and coordinated across all internal teams.
- Take ownership of accounts from the moment of signature.
- Structure projects (schedules, milestones, priorities).
- Monitor progress through to delivery.
- Ensure a smooth and well-controlled customer experience.
- Resolve and anticipate priority conflicts.
- Identify friction points proactively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational project management (SaaS, agency, operations, consulting, or multi-client environments)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent cross-team coordination skills
- Comfortable working in fast-growing environments
- Ability to anticipate problems and manage escalations
- Thoroughness, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French
- Experience in SaaS, foodtech, or delivery-oriented environments is a plus.
