About the role

- Support partners in adopting the solution and remotely deploying the project (coaching, webinars)
- Ensure the operational implementation and configuration of the project
- Provide functional expertise to partners and deliver practical solutions
- Design and deliver upskilling programs for partners (webinars, coaching sessions, training materials) to ensure their autonomy and the quality of deployments
- Proactively propose improvements to the onboarding service and the solution
