About the role

  • Mystery shopper role for conducting customer experience evaluations in various sectors. Flexible part-time position across Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out mystery evaluation assignments across various sectors and markets.
  • Observe and assess the on-site customer experience.
  • Document observations and evaluations according to predefined criteria.
  • Complete questionnaires for the mystery evaluation assignments performed.
  • Work closely with the team to discuss findings and possible improvements.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid car driving license
  • Interest in market research and mystery visits (mystery shopping)
  • Good communication skills and strong powers of observation
  • Reliable and accurate in task execution
  • Basic computer skills
  • Resident of Switzerland
