About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager turning real-world experiences into pipeline and community growth. Executing high-impact events and collaborating with sales for LangChain's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships
  • Partner with sales to ensure events generate real pipeline
  • Work with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and launch targeted events or field programs
  • Evaluate 3rd party conferences and sponsorships to determine where LangChain should show up
  • Coordinate logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event tech
  • Continuously refine our field marketing playbook

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing programs
  • Experience supporting pipeline generation through events or regional marketing
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and revenue goals
  • Excellent communicator who can coordinate across teams and vendors
  • Ability to stay calm and resourceful during live events
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel ~30–40%
