Responsibilities
Plan and execute a portfolio of field programs including industry conferences, executive dinners, workshops, roadshows, and sponsorships
Partner with sales to ensure events generate real pipeline
Work with regional sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps and launch targeted events or field programs
Evaluate 3rd party conferences and sponsorships to determine where LangChain should show up
Coordinate logistics including booth materials, vendors, shipments, and event tech
Continuously refine our field marketing playbook
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing programs
Experience supporting pipeline generation through events or regional marketing
Strong project management and organization skills
Comfortable working closely with sales teams and revenue goals
Excellent communicator who can coordinate across teams and vendors
Ability to stay calm and resourceful during live events
Experience with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
