About the role

  • Primarily responsible for writing specialist articles and press releases
  • Independently coordinate the review/approval process, including selection of media outlets
  • Create group-wide social intranet posts
  • Independently provide content for annual reports, brochures, mailings and advertisements
  • Conduct interviews, perform research, take photos or produce videos
  • Support and cover national and international trade shows and events
  • Build and maintain media contacts

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., Media Studies, Humanities, Communication Studies/Journalism)
  • Relevant professional experience in press and public relations
  • Solid knowledge of multimedia environments (print, online, social media, video, etc.)
  • Confident user of Adobe applications, Photoshop and a content management system (CMS)
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken (spelling, grammar, citation style)
  • An additional foreign language, e.g., Spanish, is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and professional demeanor
