Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of PR campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with UK beauty, lifestyle, and business media.
- Coordinate press outreach, product launches, and influencer activity.
- Assist in managing influencer programs: identifying talent, coordinating content, and tracking performance.
- Collaborate with Social, Creative, and Brand teams to deliver integrated campaign support.
- Track and report on PR and influencer campaign performance, including media coverage, engagement, and earned media value.
- Conduct basic competitor and category monitoring to support strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Experience managing media relations and influencer programs in the UK.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
