About the role

  • Financial management role focusing on contracts and accounting tasks. Working part-time in a hybrid setting at Lafim-Diakonie.

Responsibilities

  • Contract management: processing, monitoring, amending and administering customer and supplier contracts
  • Documentation & room inventories: creating and maintaining room inventories and specifications (service specifications)
  • Cost estimation & quotation preparation: creating quotes and orders in the designated system
  • Accounting & bookkeeping: issuing invoices and credit notes, and coding/posting incoming invoices
  • Working time calculation: recording hours and maintaining related documentation
  • Customer coordination: liaising, corresponding and collaborating with customers and specialist departments
  • General administration: organizational and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training: ideally in administration, office management or a comparable field
  • Experience in contract and invoicing/accounting: confident handling of customer and supplier contracts and invoicing
  • Good IT skills: MS Office and industry-specific software for cost estimation, specifications and room inventories
  • Organizational talent: structured and independent working style, including when handling multiple concurrent tasks
  • Strong communication skills: for correspondence and coordination with customers and internal departments
  • Team player: cooperative collaboration with specialist departments and colleagues
  • Value alignment: identification with the Christian values of Lafim-Diakonie
