About the role

Responsibilities
- You support the line manager in fulfilling their responsibilities regarding safety-related matters
- You accompany and support the safety officer (SiBe) in initiating, coordinating and implementing cross-departmental concepts and projects
- You handle internal records and reports
- You plan and organize training on occupational safety, emergency measures and first-aid training and deliver these courses
- You support the SiBe with safety inspections (internal audits) across all areas of the company
- You promote health and safety within the company
Requirements
- You have completed training as KOPAS (contact person for occupational safety) or are willing to obtain this qualification; technical or commercial vocational training
- You have a strong affinity for occupational safety and occupational health topics
- You are a solution-oriented individual with effective communication skills
- You are accustomed to working independently
- You have very good MS Office skills
- You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English
