About the role
- Sr. Manager of Operations leading execution, transformation, and standardization of Fused/Night Vision Panoramic. Overseeing strategic and daily operations execution across all functions/stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization in the development and implementation of operating philosophies, business strategies, and drive new manufacturing initiatives across the enterprise.
- Achieve weekly/monthly build/delivery schedules 100%.
- Conduct production and process flow optimization to support full rate production.
- Effectively manage and positively influence behavior and culture across multiple functions within a matrix organization.
- Develop a world-class operations team through staffing, training, and talent management initiatives while serving as a role model for integrity, inclusion, and diversity.
- Attend and actively participate in Integrated Program Team (IPT), and work closely with the Operations Program Manager (OPM) to manage the budget and hold cost/schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or similar field and minimum 12 years prior related experience with manufacturing methods, lean methodology, product quality management systems.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
