About the role

  • Lead Operations Project Manager at L3Harris Technologies overseeing all operations efforts for contract execution from planning to monitoring projects and ensuring compliance within budgets. Collaborating across multiple teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Operations efforts related to contract execution.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from beginning to end.
  • Act as the point of contact between Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management.
  • Ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Related experience in manufacturing, production, or other highly schedule-based environments.
