About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Project management or leadership experience required
- Specific knowledge of BD business highly desired
- Prefer experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions
- Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures that integrate with BD products.
- Driving requirements: must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
- Must provide proof of immunizations: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR, Varicella, Annual TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
- Must exhibit negotiation skills, effective interpersonal skills, decision-making skills, and conflict resolution capabilities.
