About the role
- Project & Production Manager at L1VE GmbH driving creative productions for global brand partnerships using innovative 360° VR technology. Overseeing all project management and production processes.
Responsibilities
- Development of creative content ideas and bespoke brand integrations that align our technology with partner objectives.
- Manage our international production network (focus on 360° VR & post-production) from briefing to delivery, including budget and resource responsibility.
- Identify, engage, and integrate strategic partners into creative and production processes.
- Oversee in-house productions for brand partners from planning through execution.
- Build and continuously optimize project management structures and processes.
- Organize workshops and breakout sessions that deliver tangible results.
- Ensure a professional presence at B2B events, trade shows, and key presentations.
Requirements
- Several years of international experience in media production, project management, or agency work with international clients.
- Strong conceptual and communication skills to translate creative concepts into measurable business impact.
- Experience with digital platforms, agile project structures, and innovative media technologies.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Hands-on mentality, courage, and passion for innovation.
- Enthusiasm for sports, music, and media innovation.
- Empathetic, assertive, and inspiring when working with partners.
- Degree or vocational training in sports/media management, production/media business, or comparable qualification.
- Proficient in project management methods, including waterfall and agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- 3–5 years of project leadership experience, including budget responsibility and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) are a plus.
