About the role

• Associate Production Manager at Aerosoles overseeing production from order placement to delivery while collaborating with international vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and track purchase orders with overseas factories to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Support production planning and scheduling to align with delivery timelines and seasonal launch calendars.
• Monitor production progress and follow up with vendors to ensure orders remain on schedule.
• Communicate daily with international factories and vendors regarding production status, timelines, and requirements.
• Provide vendors with packing, labeling, and shipping instructions in accordance with company and retailer standards.
• Resolve production issues and escalate concerns when necessary to maintain timelines.
• Partner with Design and Sales teams throughout the development process to ensure product specifications and requirements are clearly communicated to vendors.
• Issue and maintain product specifications to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and track the production calendar, including pre-production samples, lab testing, approvals, and production milestones.
• Monitor sample submissions and ensure timely approvals to keep production schedules on track.
• Track shipments from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
• Maintain production records, order tracking reports, and vendor communications.
• Assist with production reporting and status updates for internal teams.
• Support the production team with additional operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in production, sourcing, or supply chain within footwear, apparel, or accessories
• Experience in footwear production strongly preferred
• Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage vendor relationships
• Ability to manage multiple production timelines and priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems
