Responsibilities
Play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams
Guide teams through complex consulting engagements
Create and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts
Lead overall client engagement and deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders
Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets consisting of c. £12-15m per annum
Ensure sustained growth and profitability with margin expectations and backlog growth
Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and act as a trusted advisor
Requirements
Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
Demonstrable ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives
Proven track record of selling, leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
Candidates must have experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience, along with a strong industry focus in Public Sector
