About the role

  • IT Infrastructure Management Specialist responsible for optimizing IT systems and managing project risks while interacting with Japanese clients. Involves collaboration with cross-function teams and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing IT infrastructure
  • Performing health checks and ensuring effective communication
  • Handling project risks, quality management, and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Maintaining and optimizing systems to ensure peak performance
  • Interacting with the Account team and customers proficiently in Japanese

Requirements

  • Excellent Japanese translation and interpretation skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management projects
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level N1/N2/N3
  • Proven track record of delivering IT Service Management (ITIL) infrastructure projects
  • Proficient in handling incidents, problems, and changes
  • Strong understanding of IT environments
  • Effective communication with stakeholders in Japan and India
