About the role

Responsibilities
- Review forecast availability and create supply plans.
- Develop seed production plans.
- Communicate to Sales and Product Management on availability in volume, timing, and quality.
- Divide inventory shortages among customers or markets.
- Manage license products via third parties.
- Represent planning team in system and tool implementation projects, ensuring solutions fit operational needs.
- Cover for other team members when needed.
- Offer flexible support to maintain team performance during staff shortages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international agribusiness environment or affinity with
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, tools, and processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to change and communicate across cultures.
