Accounts Receivable Team Coordinator managing operations and team at KWS Berlin. Ensuring successful delivery of services and leading project management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate team members to ensure successful operational delivery
Proactively identify and prevent service delivery issues
Monitor process improvements and automation initiatives
Ensure adequate staffing and effective allocation of tasks according to skill levels and vacation schedules
Lead and develop team members across disciplines
Manage escalations
Oversee projects as well as closing and audit activities
Orchestrate daily operations and priorities and plan for coverage during absences
Support the Team Lead with project management and automation initiatives
Conduct regular feedback meetings with team members within scope
Support the Team Lead in ESD processes
Oversee onboarding as well as audit and closing activities
Monitor and review the quality of delivered operations
Assist the Team Lead with staffing-related activities such as conducting interviews
Host BU meetings and act as the first point of escalation
Liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholders
Contribute up to 25% of working time to operational tasks
Requirements
BA degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; related fields such as International Relations will also be considered
MA degree is desirable
Studies relevant to people management (e.g., leadership) are an advantage
Prior experience in accounts payable and/or accounting is desirable
Fluency in English (knowledge of German and other languages is an asset)
Knowledge of SAP / S/4HANA is an advantage
Solid understanding of accounting practices and procedures with several years of proven relevant experience
Proven experience in process optimization in finance and the ability to manage heavy workloads
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural, diverse environment
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage others
Motivated and proactive individual
Prior experience in the agribusiness sector is a plus
