Field Consultant at Kumon, enhancing franchisee support and student development through tailored training and consultancy. Engage with educational principles and methodologies for effective learning.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits and deliver targeted training to franchise locations
Support and develop instructors and franchisees, promoting integration and ongoing training.
Adapt the approach according to each franchisee's profile and stage, ensuring correct application of the Kumon Method.
Plan and conduct trainings tailored to the specific needs of each center, strengthening operational autonomy and quality.
Develop action and monitoring plans based on key indicators (enrollments, IC6, TMP).
Prepare visit reports and keep information up to date for support areas and managers.
Monitor results and propose continuous improvement strategies.
Support the implementation of digital tools and ensure organization of schedules and processes.
Contribute to plans and initiatives to strengthen the Kumon brand.
Coordinate and lead regional and general meetings with franchisees, ensuring clear communication and integration among centers.
Provide support during meetings with parents and at brand-strengthening events.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and centers, maintaining a consistent and transparent flow of information.
Provide consultancy aligned with the needs and profile of each franchise unit.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of guidance, analyzing results and proposing specific development plans.
Promote the exchange of best practices and strengthen the franchise network.
Manage and analyze data to track performance indicators of centers.
Interpret results and propose strategic actions that support sustainable growth and improvement of key indicators.
Use digital tools for monitoring and decision-support.
Contribute to the satisfaction and retention of franchisees, students, and parents through close, empathetic, and results-oriented engagement.
Support events and initiatives that promote engagement and strengthen the Kumon brand.
Requirements
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
Intermediate English (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills
Experience with franchising, business areas, sales/commercial roles and/or consulting (experience in education is a plus)
Experience with social media and general technology
Availability to travel
Reside in Belo Horizonte and/or the metropolitan region
Alignment with the education field and the company's method and philosophy
