Responsibilities
Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, and prepare reports for clients.
Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements.
Assist with trial preparation and attend trial.
Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in Insurance Defense litigation.
Personal injury and bodily injury claims experience is required.
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
Stellar academic credentials.
