About the role

  • Customer Service Representatives providing frontline support to caregivers and veterans. Handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Verify eligibility using VA systems and schedule appointments.
  • Provide general guidance and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to privacy/security protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.
