About the role

Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and understand strategic objectives.
- Gather, document, and prioritize analytics requirements in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Analyze source applications and their data models to assess data quality, availability, and suitability for analytics purposes.
- Collaborate with data engineering and AI/ML/GenAI teams to design, implement, and integrate advanced analytics models.
- Perform analytics data modeling to support reporting and dashboard development.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver clear, insightful, and actionable information to stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics deliverables.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
- Proven experience in business analysis, product management, or analytics roles.
- Strong understanding of some of the source application data models and data structures like ERPs, CRMs and PLMs.
- Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI models in an analytics context.
- Expertise in analytics data modeling, dashboard, and report development using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights.
- Familiarity with data governance and best practices for data quality and security.
