- Project manage global and large UK tax and accounting compliance and reporting managed service projects • Manage implementation of managed service and transformation solutions • Support implementation of technology solutions for managed service delivery • Facilitate governance and issue resolution acting as central point of contact for international clients • Manage the tax business development process from leads to sales • Manage tax & statutory transformation projects and develop service delivery models • Establish and maintain strong client relationships • Provide coaching and technical support for team members • Manage issues and escalations in global tax compliance engagements • Lead meetings to update clients on their tax compliance engagements performance
